runny nose...
i want mine to stay still
 
watery eyes...
aren't dry ones better?
 
stuffy ears...

and then the cough, cough,
cough that won't go away
 
why?
 
i'd rather use my nose
for sniffing flowers
 
i'd rather, dry-eyed
look at sunsets and sunrises
 
i'd rather,clearly hear
buzzing bees and singing birds
 
a cold.....
